I just need you now | #poetry #freeverse on #Passionating

notes of piano strumming through my soul
uplifting soaring vibrating my heart
such glorious spiraling sensations
emotions rawly exposed in C sharp

defenseless, riding passion’s every wave
songs of you sweeping me ever higher
exquisite pain in joy so deeply felt
and in that moment, I just need you now

crashed into longing, each note sad tremors
Lady Antebellum stuck in my throat

unseen — #poetry, #sonnet on #Passionating

unseenI do not want to die unseen
untouched by heart and soul through eyes
for life without is naught but mean
a torment of our unheard cries
conditioned by the cultures of mankind
we stumble certain of such fate
I walk most days as if I’m blind
and though I pause to stop and wait
for friend or foe or stranger’s gaze
they pass me by in sidelong glance
as time ticks by to end my days
I beseech you please take the chance
of remaining here in our love’s embrace
where my eyes seen shine and my heart does race

part and counterpart

part and counterpart kaleidoscopeheart opened by your perfectly fit key
secret doors and chambers clickety clacked
revealing kaleidoscopic pulsing colors
of pure joy radiantly unleashed

beaming swirling dancing liquid flows
washing us, enveloping us, taking us
yearnings of belonging dissolved
into blessed belovedness

eyes closed remembering
being in your arms, held, home

Please feel free to offer encouragement, advice, examples of what you’ve done. I also get conflicted and want to write in olde english, probably not a good idea, so help me with that too! Attempt 0 below… Continue reading
